How a project runs

Every engagement has three phases.

  1. PHASE 1

    Assess

    We read the code and the infrastructure, then write down what we found and what we propose.

  2. PHASE 2

    Deliver

    Small releases you can see running, each with tests and a way to deploy it.

  3. PHASE 3

    Step back

    Your team runs it with us beside them, then without us.
